These Terms and Conditions include the agreement between you and Cheap Minicabs West Drayton. By booking a taxi and using our services, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
In this agreement, “Cheap Minicabs West Drayton,” “we,” or “us” refers to the service provider, and “you” or “your” refers to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2.1 You are responsible for allowing sufficient time for your journey to ensure you arrive on time. This includes airport transfers where you must comply with check-in times. Cheap Minicabs Westdrayton shall not be liable for delays caused by your failure to allocate adequate time or yourÂ
unavailability at the scheduled pick-up time.
2.2 It is your responsibility to select a vehicle with an appropriate size to accommodate all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee the ability to transport an excessive amount of luggage. Please note that, regardless of the child’s age, they will be considered a single passenger.
2.3 Passengers requiring wheelchair access must request this at the time of booking.
3.1 Cheap Minicabs West Drayton provides quotes based on the information you provide. All prices, unless otherwise stated, exclude VAT,
which will be charged separately if applicable. We reserve the right to modify the quoted price in case of significant changes to the itinerary.
3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and the cost of airport parking. Any waiting time beyond this period will incur charges at our standard waiting rate. While we make efforts to monitor flight details and adjust our service for delays, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Cheap Minicabs West Drayton of any inaccuracies may result in delays or additional costs for which we will not be held responsible.
